Michael Moore wants to know--Dude, Where's My Country?
Bestselling author and Academy Award Winning documentary film-maker Michael Moore introduced his new book, Dude, Where's My Country? (Warner Books, October 2003) at Book Expo America 2003, announcing this year's Blackboard Award winners and poking fun at both conservatives and liberals. In his trademark tongue-in-cheek style, Moore thanks President George W. Bush for the generous tax, gives his take on the Dixie Chicks and patriotism, and offers his rendering of the differences between conservatives and liberals. He closes his remarks with a plug for his new book and afterwards signed books, talked to fans and recommended they read Gore Vidal's latest book of essays.
